You may return or exchange a product only if it is found to be damaged upon receipt or if the product delivered does not match your specifications. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service via email, providing photographic evidence of the received product, along with a picture of your invoice. Alternatively, you can call us and provide your order ID.
Important:Â The complaint escalation period is limited to 24 hours after the product has been received. Any complaints submitted after this timeframe will not be accommodated.
If you receive any items in an unsatisfactory condition, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and your packing slip by using the CONTACT US section.
Please do not dispose of the items, as you may need to return them in order to qualify for a refund.

What if there is a defect in the order received?
In the case of a defective item delivered within Pakistan, Pakeeza Products will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the defective item, provided it is packaged appropriately. We will notify you in advance regarding the pickup date and time.
To proceed, you must provide photographic evidence of the received product, along with a picture of your invoice and our courier’s airway bill, via email or WhatsApp. Upon receipt of the defective item, Pakeeza Products will issue a replacement as stated on your invoice.
Important:Â The complaint escalation period is limited to 24 hours after the product has been received. Complaints reported after this period will not be processed.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging provided by the brand to facilitate a smooth exchange process. If the packaging is not returned as received, additional handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
